We decided to hold an awards ceremony for all the staff in recognition of the time they have all spent keeping up to date with their training modules. We also thought that it would be fun to hold an in house 'Little Miss' awards; so the staff had the chance to nominate each other for a character of their choice. [...]
As you will see we have been incredibly busy with all sorts of activities. These include cookery, crafts using the Ipad and preparations for Halloween. These provide social times for all who wish to be involved. Soon we'll be using the time to prepare for our forthcoming Christmas coffee morning.
With only one October birthday to celebrate that of Wally, we thought we would go to the pub! The Crown in Catfield was our chosen venue.
