We were able to enjoy some of the international celebration days which are held in April. We had Penguin Day, and Bat appreciation day in one week. Not too sure how much Treacle appreciated the bats, but she was happy to give them a close inspection. There was also Spring 'nest' activities.
We held a double celebration for The Queen's real birthday and St George's Day. As the two fall two days apart we decided to hold our event on the day in between. Way back on the 15th March it was national butterfly day. For this, we ordered some caterpillars which thankfully arrived on that day.
