We always look forward to the annual RSPB bird watch. With binoculars and bird books at the ready we began this years count. Robins, blue tits, starlings, dunnocks, pigeons, black headed gulls were excitedly spotted and noted down. Some preferred to do bird themed puzzles, or just look through our many bird books.
Burns Day celebrations began with listening to Scottish music on the television. This got us into the spirit ready for when The haggis was ready to be addressed with The Shekirk Grace. We had three birthdays in a week. Plenty of cake to round!!! Everyone celebrated in their own special way, having a good time.
