Jean celebrated her 90th birthday in style when her family decided to treat not only her, but all the residents and staff to a Thai lunch. Jean had lived in Singapore for many years, and has a passion for Asian cuisine. Menus were circulated around the home allowing everyone to select the meal of their choice. Once the orders were taken the food was then prepared by the Jasminum Restaurant in Rollesby. What a tasty feast it was to.
The dining room was decorated up for the occasion, giving it an oriental theme.
Jean was presented with not one but two cakes, after all it’s not every day you turn 90!
As you can see from the photos it was a great success.
