We took part in the national care homes ‘Open Day’ which was on the nationally n the 17th June. However we postponed ours until the Sunday 19th as we felt that it would be lovely to have cream teas in the garden with all our family and friends. We could also make it a giant show off session of all the queen related things that we’ve been making!!
We were blessed with a warm partially sunny day, and we had a lovely relaxed time enjoying all the things that were going on. This included a raffle, a tombola, hook a duck, tin can ally, and hoopla!
The raffle had a new look to it this time with the introduction of a washing line with gift bags on it each with its own prize inside.
There were photos on display of the Street Party along with others from the Hunstanton to Sea Palling Walk (these came with a warning as there were some blister photos on show!)
