French Day
We decided not just to celebrate Bastille Day, but indeed celebrate France, and all things French! We had a lovely time. There were quizzes, word searches. French foods 9even snails!), French wine tasted during a week of activity.

July 15th is 'I Love Horses Day' Christina was delighted to bring her horse Daphne along for us all to 'love'. As you can see she was treated like a queen! Enjoying carrots, parsnips, and apples for treats. She left us her 'calling card' which has been duly applied to the roses!!
As you may be aware it was 'touch and go' as to whether the Carnival procession would take place this year. Despite the weathers' best efforts to further dampen everyone's spirits, the procession got underway 15 minutes later than scheduled.
