It is always great fun and a real feeling of summer when its butterfly day. This falls in the first week of June. We order some caterpillars from Insect Lore and then spend the next few weeks watching them grow and transform into beautiful Painted Lady butterflies.
Other butterfly activities include making butterfly cake, butterfly sun catchers, butterfly puzzles, word searches, colouring pages and sharing books about butterflies.
