Wow. What a great celebration week we had to welcome the Year of Dragon.
We spent some time making various craft dragons in readiness for the main event. This was a wonderful meal created by Pom, Suzy and Deza. They showed us how to make dim sun, pork balls and chow mien.
There was a Chinese themed quiz in between course.
Dessert was mango jelly with mango and lychee. topped with lime sorbet.
A selection of Chinese sweets were severed with coffee.
It was all so delicious and such a great atmosphere.
Then at tea time there were Chinese biscuits and pineapple cake.
