Chinese New Year

In the Chinese lunar year, it’s the year of the Tiger.

We had a lovely few days preparing for our Chinese New Year celebrations, decorating up, preparing the lucky red packets, learning interesting facts about China and it’s culture, culminating with our Chinese banquet. 

One of the preparations was the dessert which was the most delicious Mango and Lychee cheesecake.
