We might have celebrated a little late, but a great time was had non the less. With the dining room decorated up with all our Irish artefacts, we all enjoyed a wonderful lunch of Irish Stew followed by Porterhouse cake with Irish cream. Delicious. Well being exercise classes have been reinstated once more. They are proving very popular indeed. Look and see.
We like to make a fuss of everyone on Mothering Sunday. Mother's or not! There was a flower arranging activity before hand, so that the dining room could be decorated up in spring colours in celebration. The tables were decorated for a celebration lunch, enjoyed by all.
