St David's Day

We celebrated St David’s Day with a traditional meal of Leek and potato soup, Welsh Cawl, and a dessert of Bara Brith. Whilst listening to a male Welsh choir sing traditional favourites. This then sparked a Tom Jones sing a long from Jean B ” Why Why Why Delilah!!” and many more old favourites.

Which was all great fun.

For tea there was Welsh Rarebit and Welsh Cakes. Yum.
