It was decided that this year we would make a Mary Berry’s classic Christmas cake. Then it was noted that in fact one cake is never enough so we would need to make two! So two we made!!!!

The finishing cakes were delicious, and the first one was cut on Christmas Day, having held a ballot on which one should be sampled first!

Also during December we made a gingerbread house and painted a postbox for all our Christmas cards!
